One yellow onion, chopped
4 celery stalks, chopped
4.5-5 cups chicken broth
8 Tbsp. unsalted butter
2 eggs
2 packages Jimmy Dean Sausage
1.5 cups Parmesan Cheese

In a large pot, heat 4.5-5 cups of chicken broth and one stick of unsalted butter. Once butter has melted, add sourdough bread "crumbs". Cover and let simmer for four minutes. Then fork the mixture until it is "fluffy". Let cool and add onion and celery, two beaten eggs,  two packages of Jimmy Dean sausage, and 1.5 cups of parmesan cheese.
